Attention: If you know you snore or smoke, please request a single room or come with a willing roommate.
Asilomar is a non-smoking facility.
Check-in time is 3 p.m. in Merrill Hall. However, sleeping rooms are not guaranteed until 4 p.m.

Bernina sewing machine rentals
A limited number of Bernina sewing machines will be available for those who cannot fly with their own machines. Rental fee is $100.00 per session. Reservations and Payments made through Empty Spools Registration Form. Sewing machines provided by The Cotton Patch.

Payment Policy

You may fax or email your registration form and a hold will be put on your class choice until your $300.00 deposit check is received by mail. Payment must be made in full 120 days prior to session. If you would prefer, you may pay your balance in 1-3 payments by check.
Cancellation Policy
We strongly encourage the purchase of Cancellation and Travel Insurance, whether you are traveling by plane, train or automobile-usually purchased through your travel agent within 14 days of sending in your registration and deposit.

All cancelled reservations will have the following charges:

  90 - 61 days
  60 - 0 days
No Refunds
There will be a $50 fee if you request a class change after registering. Due to teacher contracts and housing guarantees, cancellations cannot be made after 60 days prior to session. You may transfer your reservation to another person if unable to attend. All cancellations or replacement information must be in writing or e-mail. ESS cannot be responsible for any injury, loss or damage sustained by attendees. All returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.
