Attention: If you know you snore, please request a private room or
come with a willing roommate.

All accommodations include all meals, lodging and 5-day workshop.

Asilomar is a non-smoking facility.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.

Sewing machine rentals
Sewing machine rentals: A limited number of Viking sewing machines
will be available for those from foreign countries or persons who cannot
fly with their own machines. Rental fee is $65. per session.

Taxi available to Asilomar approximately $25-30.

Deposit Policy
A deposit of $250 per session is due with the registration form and payment must
be made in full 120 days prior to session.

Cancellation Policy
We strongly encourage the purchase of Cancellation and Travel Insurance, usually purchased through your travel agent.

All cancelled reservations will have the following charges:
Now - 120 days $ 50.00
119 - 91 days $100.00
90 - 61 days $250.00
60 - 0 days No Refunds

There will be a $50. fee if you request a class change after registering.

(Due to teacher contracts and housing guarantees, cancellations cannot
be made after 60 days prior to session. You may transfer your reservation
to another person if unable to attend.) All returned checks are subject to a
$25.00 fee.
